This tracker is an internal tool for monitoring application progress during this recruitment cycle. It is not an official application channel. Official applications and fees go through Study in Korea only.

What is collected: student name, nationality, applied major (and degree), domestic/overseas, optionally the Study in Korea application number, intake and progress stage.
Purpose: checking each agency's application progress. Who can see it: your agency sees only its own students; PKNU Office of International Affairs (administrator) sees all.
Retention: deleted within 30 days after this recruitment cycle ends. Access and changes are logged.
